What is a family systems coach?

Provides support to parents and children/youth as a family unit.

Family Centered Needs Assessment followed by Family Strengths Assessment. Insight into tools and resources to nurture strength and connection.

 

Advocates and assists families in accessing services to maximize highest potential. Networking families and service providers, facilitating communication and collaboration. Consultation to explore concerns and support in applying tools and resources to personal, family or professional goals. I work in a goal oriented way because I want all individuals, families, and professional teams to see progress without being charged for more sessions than is genuinely needed!

Family Systems Coaching: Pricing

• Free 30 minute Consultation
  (Let's see if this is the right fit for you, your family, or your professional team! This can be by phone, teams, zoom or in person. It's about what works best for you!)

• Intake: Assessment of Needs - 1 hour - $70.00
  (Through the intake, we will determine how many sessions will allow us to accomplish your goals)

• Regular Session - 1 hour - $80.00 (per session ~ these may include all family members or a rotation of parents with other family members, to be determined during your Consultation and Intake Session)

• Individual Intake and Sessions (1&1) - 2 hours - $130 (The 1&1 are for families with one single goal that can be addressed in one Regular Session after Intake)​

•  3 Session Package: For those who have clear goals and are highly motivated! $200

• Tune Up: Many of my individuals, families, and professional teams who have completed multiple sessions or package(s) rather than returning to previous forms of counselling will request a Tune Up!
  45 minutes - $60

 

Low income needs may be assessed during consultation!
